PDA Communication with Technicians

Each AAL technician carries a PDA to interface with equipment and download operating data, as well as alter settings. Jobs despatched to the technician via the Graphical Service Board (see below) are updated in real-time on each technician's PDA.

Graphical Service Board

AAL has recently rolled out an innovative GPRS System & electronic service board which enables controllers to view the status, by site, of all service jobs in real time. This is integrated with AAL's financial & management information system. Combining seamlessly with ForkTrack ensuring the most efficient management of service in the industry.

Battery Management System

The AAL Battery Management System is the solution to forklift battery problems. The system has many benefits, including increased battery life, improved care and maintenance and reduced costs. It is suited to both sealed or wet cell batteries, and can also be fully integrated online, with ForkTrack's BDR module giving detailed reports and status information in real-time.

Online Reporting

AAL Online Web Based Reporting gives customers the ability to monitor their entire fleet by downloading detailed real-time reports. This assists in identifying potential problems early, and leads to the running of a more efficient, safer industrial site.
